We provide standard shipping across Europe, with estimated delivery times of 3–10 business days depending on the destination.

Free shipping is available for standard delivery areas (excluding remote locations).

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

All AEKE products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty. In addition, AEKE K1 customers can enjoy a 30-day at-home trial period.

To better support our European customers, AEKE has established an authorized repair center in Germany as part of our local service network. Depending on the issue, product inspections, repairs, and replacement parts may be arranged through this network to ensure efficient after-sales support.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal use conditions.

Returns caused by product quality issues within 30 days are eligible for free return service, with all related costs covered by AEKE.

For returns requested due to personal preferences or non-quality reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This warranty and return policy applies only to products purchased from official AEKE channels or authorized retailers.
