If the K1 is not going to be used for an extended period, it is advisable to cover it with its original packaging or a protective cover to prevent the ingress of dust or insects.

To perform the exercise correctly, you will need a fitness bench. The specific steps are:

1. Make sure the pedal is securely mounted to ensure stable support.
2. Lie flat on the fitness bench and keep your body stable.
3. Pull the handles towards your sides.

This movement simulates the movement pattern of a lat pulldown and allows the shoulder joint to adduct close to the frontal plane.

The device comes with a professional barbell for lower body exercises such as squats and deadlifts. It also includes an ankle strap that can be used for lateral leg kicks and other lower body movements.

The AEKE K1 features a 43" 4K Ultra HD display, which is significantly larger and sharper than the screens of most smart home gyms. This size and resolution provide a particularly immersive training experience – movements are easier to follow, visual cues are clearer, and during classes it almost feels like a real trainer is working out right next to you.

We do not recommend placing the K1 directly on carpeted floors, as the additional friction can interfere with the pedals when folding them in or out. If you must use the device on a carpet, please manually support the pedals during these movements to ensure smooth and safe operation. This will prevent the resistance caused by the carpet and provide a better overall experience with the K1.

To move the K1, stand behind the device and firmly grip the frame with both hands. Tilt the device backward at an angle of approximately 20–55° until the wheels touch the floor, and then carefully roll it to the desired location. This method ensures stable and safe movement of the device.

For optimal performance and to prolong the lifespan of your AEKE K1, we do not recommend using the cables while the device is folded. When the pedals are folded, the folding mechanism limits the cables' full extension, and using them in this position can cause unnecessary strain or damage the mechanism.

No. The AEKE K1 does not require a monthly subscription, and all training content is permanently free. We are committed to keeping the K1 experience completely subscription-free—not just now, but in the future. Even if we introduce special courses or guest instructors later, these will also be offered at no additional cost. There are no hidden fees, no locked features, and no paid add-ons.

The K1 comes with a two-year warranty; accessories have a one-year warranty. The warranty period begins on the date you receive the product and confirm receipt.
