The total time is the sum of processing time and shipping time.

Processing time = the time between placing your order and its dispatch;

Shipping time = the time between the dispatch of your order and its delivery to you;

Shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses

AEKE does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Coverage of deliveries

AEKE currently ships to North America and the EU. If our shipping partners are unable to deliver to certain countries/regions, we will contact the buyer via email and arrange a refund.

Shipping costs and taxes

The unit price does not include shipping costs; shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you place an order based on your detailed address.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes. AEKE accepts no liability for delivery failures if buyers refuse to pay taxes.

Shipping information

Please contact our support team at support@aeke.com if you have any special shipping requirements. Double-check your address before payment. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our support team immediately. We will inform logistics to resolve the issue. We cannot guarantee that your order will be updated if you request an address change after shipment. You also bear all risks and costs associated with changing the address after the order has been shipped. To ensure we can deliver your items effectively, please make sure the name, address, and contact information you provide when placing your order are correct.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been shipped.

Delivery delays

Although we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or issues with the shipping provider. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

AEKE.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your package was lost, please contact us within 7 days at support@AEKE.com with photos or videos showing the damage to the package.
