The total delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time.
Processing time = period between ordering and shipping your order;
Shipping time = period between shipping your order and delivery to you.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Likewise, shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses is not possible.


Delivery Area

AEKE currently ships to North America and the EU. If there are specific countries/regions that cannot be serviced by our shipping providers, we will contact the buyer via email and issue a refund.


Shipping Costs and Taxes

The unit price does not include shipping costs; shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to your detailed address.
Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes. AEKE is not responsible for delivery failures if buyers refuse to pay taxes.


Shipping Instructions

Please contact our support team for special shipping requirements at support@aeke.com.
Please check your address carefully before payment.
If you enter an incorrect address, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
We will contact logistics to resolve this issue.
We cannot guarantee that your order will still be updated if you request an address change after shipping.
You also bear all risks and costs associated with an address change after the order has been shipped.
To ensure efficient delivery of your items, please make sure that name, address, and contact details are correctly provided when placing the order.


Tracking Shipments

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.

The delivery address cannot be changed after shipment.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or issues with the shipping provider. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

AEKE.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days at support@aeke.com and include photos or videos showing the damage to the package.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping

Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the available delivery areas.
For large or heavy products, standard delivery means curbside delivery.

In-home delivery is not included with standard delivery.

We may share shipping and logistics information with our service providers, including Swift Cargo Service B.V., DSV, DB Schenker, Dynagroup, DHL, and DPD.

Standard Delivery (Curbside)

Delivery is to the entrance of your delivery address (e.g., front door, porch, or building entrance).

This service does not include:

  1. Indoor delivery beyond the entrance
  2. Transport to upper floors
  3. Delivery to the garden or backyard
  4. Unpacking of goods
  5. Disposal of packaging material

Room of Choice (ROC) Delivery (optional service)

We offer an optional, paid Room of Choice (ROC) delivery service.

With this service, your order will be delivered to the desired room within your home.

Depending on structural and logistical conditions, additional arrangements may be required, including delivery to upper floors, if feasible on-site and confirmed by the logistics service provider.
